This is a very versatile appetizer pizza recipe. A coworker of mine brought a variation of this for a potluck and I made my own from it. Any veggies can be used but I like to make an Italian version. You can mix the garlic in with the cream cheese as well, or sprinkle it on top.

Steps:
- Top each of 3 Triscuit crackers with 1 pepperoni slice and 1 teaspoon shredded cheddar cheese or cheddar/mozzarella mixture. (I love mozzarella on regular pizza, but found that using all mozzarella cheese in this recipe tasted a little bland to me.).
- Microwave on high 15-30 seconds or until cheese is melted.
- When making a bunch, I filled up a microwaveable plate with as many crackers as I could, then cooked them for about 45 seconds, or until the cheese was melted. I didn't have to keep them warm between batches because as I brought each group out, they were eaten even before the next batch was done cooking.

- Mozzarella Sticks. Who says no to a plate of mozzarella sticks? They’re gooey, they’re cheesy, and they never ever fail. Don’t forget about the many delicious variants of mozzarella sticks that you may find at pizzerias, either.
- Garlic Knots. Now this is a true pizzeria staple. Originally created to avoid the sinful waste of perfectly good pizza dough, garlic knots will rev you up for the main event like few other hors d’oeuvres can.
- Fried Calamari. When fried to golden perfection, these rings and tentacles are shockingly addictive.
- Buffalo Wings. Trying to decide between hot wings and pizza for your next get together? There’s no need to deliberate – get both!
- Balsamic Salad. Worried that wings and mozz sticks will take up too much of that valuable real estate in your belly? Save your bullets for when they count by getting a salad with crisp lettuce, crunchy cucumbers, and sweet cherry tomatoes with balsamic dressing.
- Stuffed Mushrooms. Mushrooms tend to be a bit polarizing, but we don’t know many people that can resist baby mushroom caps stuffed with cheese, garlic, herbs, and breadcrumbs.
