Steps:
- Cook the noodles in a large pot of boiling salted water over medium heat, according to the package directions. Drain in a colander and set aside.
- Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shallot and garlic and saute until tender. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons butter and when melted stir in the chives, Parmesan and lemon.
- Add the noodles to the skillet and toss to combine. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with Gina's Oxtail Stew.

- In a large pot, cook spaghetti. We like to break the spaghetti in half before cooking.
- Drain and keep warm.
- In the large pot, heat olive oil and butter and cook garlic for 1-2 minutes.
- Add back in the spaghetti, garlic powder and chives.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
GARLIC CHIVE CHICKEN

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Wrap the garlic head in foil, and bake 30 minutes, until cloves are soft. Remove from heat, and cool enough to handle.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add egg noodles and cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- Slice off the top of the garlic head, and squeeze the softened cloves into a medium bowl. Mix in the chicken broth, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Lightly coat the chicken breast halves with flour, and cook in the skillet about 10 minutes on each side, until lightly browned. Set chicken aside, retaining skillet juices. Stir in the garlic mixture, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and return chicken to the skillet. Continue cooking the chicken about 5 minutes on each side, until no longer pink and juices run clear. Remove chicken, and arrange on plates over the egg noodles.
- Mix the butter into the garlic sauce mixture in the skillet until melted, and stir in the chives. Spoon the sauce over the chicken and egg noodles to serve.

THE BEST GARLIC NOODLES

- Boil a large pot of water to cook 1 lb (a box) of pasta. Add generous amount of salt into boiling water and add the pasta. Cook the pasta by following the directions of the package.
- Meanwhile, chop garlic. It should be around 2 tbsp.
- In a large skillet add butter, chopped garlic and garlic salt. Turn the heat over medium heat and sauté garlic with butter for 2 to 3 minutes or until garlic edges are slightly turning into light brown color.
- Reduce heat to low and add oyster sauce and cook the oyster sauce for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta and top of the hot pasta, add cheese directly, so the cheese will stick to the pasta. Toss everything together and it's ready to serve!
- It can be serve by it self or serve with your favorite steak (my teriyaki steak will be amazing with this garlic noodles!), lemongrass chicken/pork, deviled shrimp, garlic shrimp, baked salmon.. it's endless! Enjoy!
AMAZING GARLIC CHIVE NOODLES
This is a random thing I threw together for my two year old one day when I was out of his favorite noodles. You may need to adjust the bullion to your own taste if you don't find this is strong enough... but that is easy enough to do. I remove the pieces of garlic in my son's portion- but I love it.

- Cook noodles as per directions, and while they are cooking make the garlic chive sauce.
- Melt butter, with olive oil, in a pan.
- Add garlic and cook about 2 minutes, until the butter browns a bit. Be careful to not overcook the garlic.
- Pour mixture over cooked, drained noodles and add the bullion and milk.
- Stir well and let sit one minute. Enjoy!
- For Vegetarian use Vegetarian stock bouillon cubes.

NIRATAMA (GARLIC CHIVE AND EGG)
How to make Japanese Niratama, fluffy scrambled egg loaded with fragrant garlic chives and garnished with a drizzle of sesame oil and a sprinkle of shichimi. (Serves two)

Steps:
- First, cut the garlic chives into 3-4cm pieces.
- Crack 3 eggs into a bowl and add 1/2 tsp oyster sauce, 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar and 1 pinch black pepper. Whisk well.
- Heat up a frying pan or wok on a high heat and add 1 tbsp vegetable oil.
- Once hot, add the garlic chives to the pan and stir fry for 30 seconds.
- After 30 seconds of cooking, transfer the garlic chives to the egg mixture and mix well.
- Add 1 more tbsp of oil to the same pan/wok and pour the egg mixture in.
- Scramble the egg until almost cooked and then remove it from the heat.
- Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle with 1 tsp of sesame oil and a sprinkling of shichimi.
- Enjoy!

- Heat the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring constantly until it softens and begins to turn a very light golden color. Be careful not to allow it to crisp or brown. Add the flour, and continue stirring until it is well incorporated into the butter and garlic. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until the flour begins to turn golden yellow.
- Gradually begin stirring in the chicken broth, blending it with the flour mixture until the sauce is smooth, creamy and thickened. Add the salt and pepper, taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Whisk in the sour cream and blend until smooth. Add the fresh chives just before serving.
