- Combine Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, parsley, and pepper in a flat shallow dish; mix well.
- Coat each pork chop with olive oil. Dredge both sides of each chop in the Parmesan mixture and set on a plate.
- Place 2 chops in the basket of the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes; flipping halfway through cook time.

- If your roast has a layer of fat on top, cut the fat crosswise in slits, every ½ inch or so.
- Pour the olive oil over the roast and rub all over until completely covered.
- Add the dried Italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper to a small bowl. Stir until combined.

- Pat tenderloin dry. lightly coat all sides with non stick cooking spray.
- Salt and pepper both sides. Rub with garlic scape pesto, or plain roasted garlic.
- Spray air fryer basket or rack and tray of air fryer with cooking spray. (NOTE: My air fryer specifies to use cooking spray or olive oil. A reader pointed out that a lot of air fryers suggest NOT using any oil, so check your manufacturer's instructions!!)
- Cook on air fry setting, at 400°F for 8-10 minutes on first side. Carefully remove from air fryer. Flip.
- Return to air fryer and cook for 8-10 more minutes. Check internal temperature with meat thermometer. We cook ours to an internal temperature of 135°F. Then let rest 5-10 minutes.
- If you would like to serve with roasted vegetables, while pork is resting, add cut up veggies, coated with no stick spray (and salt and pepper) to the rack of air fryer. Cook 5-8 minutes, depending on the size of your vegetable pieces, until tender and browned.
- Prepare as above.
- Set air fryer to 400°F and preheat. Cook roast for 10-12 minutes on first side. Flip.
- Continue to air fry another 10-12 minutes, if the outside is getting too brown, drape a piece of foil over top. Let rest for 5-10 minutes.
- NOTE: USDA suggests all pork should be cooked to 145°F! Check temperature with a instant read meat thermometer.

- Preheat the air fryer according to its instructions. For example, I preheated mine for 3 minutes to 390 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
- Mix spices in a small bowl. Rub the meat all over with the oil and then with the spice mix.

- Place one pork chop in a ziploc bag and pound them until just 1/4-inch thick - using the flat side of a meat tenderizer.
- Get two plates and a bowl. In one plate, pour flour. In bowl, whisk together eggs, salt & pepper. In the last plate, place the bread crumbs and stir in salt & pepper.
- For full size sandwich - Take one flattened chop and dredge both sides in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs. For tenders - slice flattened chop into 3-4 slices and dredge as noted.
- Gently place pork into air fryer. Spritz with olive oil spray.
- For full size sandwich - air fry at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Open air fryer, flip, spray and air fry for 5 minutes more. For tenders - air fry at 400 for 4 minutes per side - spraying each side with olive oil spray. Transfer to a plate and repeat the process until all pieces of pork are fried.
- For full size sandwich - serve on bun and top with mayo, mustard, ketchup and pickles. For tenders - dip in your favorite sauce! (Honey Mustard, Ranch or Fry Sauce!)

- Remove the pork loin roast from the refrigerator 25 minutes prior to cooking. Give it a quick rinse under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. With a sharp knife, trim off any sliver skin from the underside. Trim the tough skin, if still on the pork, leaving approximately 1/4 inch of fat cap. Score the fat lightly in a 1 inch diagonal or checkered pattern.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and sage. Coat the loin all over with the oil and seasoning mixture. Place the pork on a wire rack and set aside for the 25 minutes.
- Preheat your air fryer to 360°F.
- Place the roast in the air fryer basket or on the rack, fat side up. Set the timer for 60 minutes. Cook for 45 minutes and check the internal temperature with a digital meat thermometer. You are looking for 145 to 150°F. Continue cooking, checking every 5 to 10 minutes, until the desired temperature is achieved.
- Remove the roast to a clean cutting board and tent with foil. Allow the meat to rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice the roast against the grain into 1/4 inch thick portions. Place these on a platter and spoon some of the pan drippings over the top, if desired. Serve with recommended side dishes and beverages.

- Remove the pork chops from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before cooking. Sprinkle the chops all over with 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt, then let them come to room temperature.
