SAVORY CRESCENT CHICKEN SQUARES
Tender crescents wrap around a creamy chicken filling in a hot sandwich that took top honors in the Pillsbury Bake-Off® Contest.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, mix cream cheese and 1 tablespoon softened butter; beat until smooth. Add chicken, chives, salt, pepper, milk and pimientos; mix well.
- Separate or cut dough into 4 rectangles. If using crescent dough, firmly press perforations to seal. Spoon 1/2 cup chicken mixture onto center of each rectangle. Pull 4 corners of dough to center of chicken mixture; twist firmly. Pinch edges to seal. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Brush tops of sandwiches with 1 tablespoon melted butter; sprinkle with crushed croutons.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.

- Bake at 375°F 12 to 15 minutes.

- Heat oven to 375°F In small bowl, mix all ingredients except dough until well combined; set aside.
- Unroll dough; separate into 2 long rectangles. Place 1 rectangle on long cutting board; press perforations to seal. Spread half of cream cheese mixture on dough rectangle to within 1/2 inch of edges.
- Starting with one long side, roll up rectangle; press seam to seal. Cut roll into 16 slices; place slices, cut side down, on ungreased cookie sheet. Repeat with remaining dough rectangle.
- Bake at 375°F for 14 to 16 minutes or until light golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm.

- Heat oven to 375. In a skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in corn. Spoon into ungreased 11 x 7 baking dish.
- In medium bowl, beat eggs, salt and pepper. Stir in green onions and cilantro. Pour evenly over sausage mixture. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Unroll dough; place on top of cheese.
- Bake 23 to 28 minutes until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Top with sour cream and salsa if desired.
