- Drizzle the cauliflower florets with olive oil, then toss with turmeric, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper so that they're well coated in the seasoning.
- Roast in the Air Fryer at 390°F (200°C) for around 15 minutes flipping every 3 minutes.
- When the air frying process is done, remove from the air fryer basket and serve on a plate. It can be enjoyed either warm or cold.

- Whisk sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Cut the stem and leaves from the cauliflower. Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
- Add oil to cauliflower. Mix cauliflower seasonings together in a mixing bowl. Stir cauliflower in spices to coat evenly.
- Air fry the cauliflower at 380 degrees F (193 degrees C) for 12 to 14 minutes or until cauliflower is fork tender.
- Equally divide the cauliflower into four bowls with other bowl ingredients. Sprinkle with cilantro and green onions. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Preheat an air fryer to 370 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt, and garlic powder in a large bowl. Add chickpeas and cauliflower and stir until evenly coated.
- Stir together sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, and Sriracha in a bowl until evenly combined. Season with salt to taste.
- Place cauliflower mixture in the basket of the air fryer. Cook for 10 minutes, stir, and cook for another 10 minutes. Stir once more and cook until desired crispness, about 5 more minutes.
- Spoon cauliflower mixture into corn tortillas and top with sauce.
