Steps:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees.
- Pat drychicken drumsticks.
- Mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt and pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Coat the chicken drumsticks with oil mixture and massage into the drumsticks for a few minutes to help keep the flavor in.
- Add chicken drumsticks to the air fryer in one single layer and cook for 15 minutes.
- Flip chicken and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Baste chicken with BBQ sauce, flip, then baste other side of chicken with BBQ sauce.
- Cook until chicken has an internal temperature of 165 degrees, about 3-5 more minutes.
- Remove from the air fryer, baste additional BBQ sauce if desired and enjoy!

As chicken legs will vary in size and thickness, so will the cooking times. If you're cooking really large or thick drumsticks or thighs, add a few more minutes and pierce the chicken at it's thickest part to make sure the juices run clean. Use whatever BBQ sauce you love.

- In bowl combine oil, bbq sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Add chicken and stir to completely coat with in the marinade. Cover and marinate for about 20 minutes.
- Pre-heat air fryer at 360°F/182°C for about 4 minutes. Spray the air fryer basket with oil or use an air fryer perforated parchment sheet. Place chicken in air fryer
- Air Fry at 360°F/182°C for about 25-30 minutes, depending on the thickness of the drumsticks or thighs. Turn the chicken after cooking for 15 minutes.

- Remove the chicken from the refrigerator.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- In a small bowl, combine the smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken to coat.

- Wash and drain chicken. Then dry thoroughly with paper towel.
- Mix spices and baking powder together. Add oil to chicken then add the spices-baking powder blend

- If the chicken drumsticks are wet, place the legs on a plate and pat them dry with a paper towel. If they don't have too much excess moisture, there is no need to dry them first.
- Place the drumsticks in a medium-sized mixing bowl and add in the oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper (optional). Toss until the chicken drumsticks are evenly coated in the oil and spices.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Once heated to temperature, place the chicken drumsticks in the air fryer tray. They should be in a single layer on the tray to make sure that they cook evenly and air fry to a nice crisp. If your air fryer is too small to accommodate this amount of drumsticks, cook them in two batches.
- Cook the chicken for a total of 20-22 minutes. Flip the drumsticks over after about 10 minutes. Since every air fryer is different (and the drumsticks might be slightly different sizes), your total cooking time may vary.

- Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with a paper towel. Brush drumsticks with oil and then place into a Ziploc bag.
- In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking powder paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Once combined, pour into the bag with chicken and toss again until the drumsticks are covered with the spice mixture.
- Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray, or brush a light coating of olive oil over basket to prevent drumsticks from sticking.
- Place the drumsticks in air fryer basket without overlapping or stacking. Air fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. Flip chicken drumsticks halfway through the cooking time.
- Once chicken has reached 165° degrees internal temperature, and has your desired crispness, remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.

Hot Air Frying has become one of my all time favourite ways to cook food. I have only just started using this gadget, but have grown to really love how wonderful the food tastes when I cook with it!

- 1. Pre-heat your fryer to 400'F for 5 minutes.
- 2. Coat the Drum Sticks with your favourite BBQ sauce. I made my own, but any commercial sauce will work.
- 3. Once preheated place the chicken drum sticks into the hot air fryer basket. I generally put 3 in at a time, but it depends on the size of the drum stick. If you have smaller ones you could probably add one more. Don't over crowd them, it's essential that the hot air circulates well around the food.
- 4. At 400'F cook the chicken drum sticks for 20 minutes. Then flip over and brush with some more BBQ sauce Lower the heat to 300'F and cook for Check the chicken's temperature after 15 minutes to see how it's progressing.
- 5. Using a meat thermometer (not touching the bone) check to see if the drum sticks are done. They should register at least 165'F. If it's lower put it back into the fryer and cook for another 5 minutes. I had to do this a few times because my drum sticks were huge. Be careful if you use smaller drumsticks, don't let them overcook. Might be good to check them with the thermometer after the first 15 minutes.
- 6. Once the drum sticks are done let them sit for about 5-10 minutes, then dig in. These are totally delicious and I've made them many times. It's one of my favourite chicken recipes!
