5-MINUTE MUG CHOCOLATE CAKE

Steps:

• Add dry ingredients to a coffee mug and mix well.
• Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
• Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
• Add the chocolate chips and vanilla essence, mix again.
• Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minuter at 1000 watts.
• The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
• Allow to cool a little and you can tip onto a plate if you want.

5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

Steps:

• Add dry ingredients to a large coffee mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.
• Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts (high). The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed! Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.

GLUTEN FREE 5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE CAKE IN A MUG!

Steps:

• Also required: 1 large coffee mug.
• Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well.
• Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
• Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
• Add the chocolate chips (if using).
• Add vanilla extract, and mix again.
• Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.
• The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
• Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
• EAT! (can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous).

5 MINUTE SPICE CAKE IN MICROWAVE

Steps:

• Put the flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and brown sugar into a 4 cup microwaveable bowl; mix well.
• Add oil, molasses, water and egg; mix well.
• Microwave for 3 minutes.
• Cool slightly, and serve with ice cream, whipping cream, or raisin sauce.

CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES, MAKES 3 MUGS

Steps:

• First add the flour into a mixing bowl. Next add the coco powder and sugar into the mixing bowl, and mix until the dry ingredients have combined.
• Now, add the egg and mix until combined. Next add the vegetable oil and mix. Now the milk and the vanilla. And mix until gloppy.
• After you have finished mixing add the chocolate chips and mix. Next get your 3 small mugs and pour the batter straight into the mugs about half way up, because this is going to rise.
• And Now put the mugs into the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes maybe 2 depends on your microwave.
• After you have taken your mugs out of the microwave, let the cool for 3 minutes. After it has cooled sift the icing sugar into a bowl and add the butter into the bowl and mix until creamy. Then add the milk and vanilla and mix.
• Now that your Buttercream is ready grab a piping bag and pour your mixture into the piping bag and pip your icing onto your cake and enjoy your less than 5 minutes cake!

5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE CAKE

Steps:

• Mix in a microwave safe cup.
• Mix flour, sugar and cocoa.
• Spoon in 1 egg.
• Pour in milk, oil, and pure vanilla extract, and mix well.
• Put in microwave for 3 minutes on maximum power (1000watt).
• Wait until it stops rising and sets in the mug.
• Tip contents out of mug onto saucer and enjoy!

FIVE-MINUTE MUG CAKE

Steps:

• Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and salt.
• Add the egg, milk, and oil and mix thoroughly.
• If desired, add chocolate chips (coat with flour first) to the mixture.
• Coat the inside of a large mug with cooking spray. Pour the cake batter into the mug.
• "Bake" in the microwave on the highest power for 3 minutes, then let it sit in the microwave for another 2 minutes to set up.
• Dump the cake into a bowl or onto a plate and enjoy! Top with ice cream for a special treat.
