Zip Sauce Like Andiamos Food

ZIP SAUCE RECIPE

Steps:

• In a saucepan, melt butter over medium flame. Add rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and, black pepper.
• Now add worcestershire sauce to it and cook for around 1 minute.
• Add beef dripping to it.
• Mix the sauce with dijon mustard and give it a little whisk so all the flavors will get mixed with each other.
• Your zip sauce is ready to serve.

ZIP SAUCE LIKE ANDIAMO'S

Steps:

• Combine the first 4 ingredients and stir into the butter that has been melted in a saucepan without letting it change color or getting brown. Then add everything else and warm gently a minute or so. Refrigerate tightly capped to use within a few weeks.
• To use: stir about 1/4 cup of this prepared sauce into about 1/4 cup of the steak drippings.
• (Makes about 2/3 cup).

ANDIAMO'S ZIP SAUCE

Steps:

• Melt butter in a saucepan without letting it change color or getting brown. Combine rosemary, parsley, thyme and garlic powder; stir into melted butter. Then add everything else and warm gently a minute or so. Refrigerate tightly capped to use within a few weeks. TO USE: Stir about 1/4 cup of this prepared sauce into about 1/4 cup of the steak drippings. Steps:

• In a small pot combine all of the ingredients. Turn the stove to medium-low and heat through. Serve with steak.
• *Note: I usually throw the ingredients in a small container and heat it in the microwave for 1 minute. It's not how the original was written, but it's just so so much easier:)!

ZIP SAUCE- FROM A VERY POPULAR RESTAURANT IN MICHIGAN -EXCELLENT

Steps:

• Melt the butter, the restaurant clarifies it, but I don't take the time--excellent either way.
• I don't measure the Maggi's out exactly, I do it by color and my taste preference, should be about 2 tablespoons.
• Then add mushrooms.
• Simmer on low until mushrooms are done.
• This can be a bit salty so you may want to taste as you add the Maggi's.
• This is one of my specialties--everyone asks for the recipe.

KIM'S ZIPPY SAUCE

Steps:

• Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, parsley flakes and salt. Mix in the mustard, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, cumin, and cayenne pepper. Warm gently for about a minute. Mix equal parts of the sauce with beef steak drippings to complete the sauce just before serving.
