- Spread broccoli mixture onto bottom of 1-qt. baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with reserved mozzarella; bake 5 min. or until melted.

- Serve with the crackers.

- Melt margarine in large saucepan. Add onion. Saute until soft and clear.
- Add remaining 4 ingredients. Stir. Add broccoli mixture. Heat and stir until cheese is melted. Serve hot. Makes 4 cups.
