SKINNY TACO PIZZA
Everyone loves this Weight Watchers friendly pizza recipe!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F- rack should be in the middle.
- Spray a medium skillet with nonstick spray. Saute turkey until cooked. Add water, taco seasoning and chiles. Stir to combine. Turn off heat and set aside.
- Place the Flatout pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spray with nonstick spray. Bake 3 minutes. Spray the other side and bake 3 more minutes.
- Remove from the oven and spread refried beans on top. Sprinkle seasoned taco meat on top of the beans. Then sprinkle cheese evenly on top of it all. Bake for 4 to 5 minutes, until heated through and cheese in melted.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and slide onto a cutting board. Top with lettuce and tomato, and drizzle sour cream on top. Use a pizza cutter to cut into slices. Use any extra sour cream on individual slices.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425*F.
- Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Heat large nonstick skillet over med-high heat.
- Add the oil, then add turkey, onion, and seasoning mix.
- Cook, breaking up the turkey with wooden spoon, until browned.
- Stir in tomatoes and water, bring to a boil.
- Simmer, uncovered, over med-high heat until most of the liquid has evaporated.
- Meanwhile, spray another large skillet with nonstick spray and heat on med-high.
- Add one tortilla and cook, turning occasionally, until crisp and golden.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Arrange tortillas on baking sheet.
- Spoon turkey mixture on tortilla.
- Sprinkle each with cheddar, olives and jalapenos.
- Bake until filling is hot and cheese is melted, about 15 minute.
- 4 Points per pizza.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 425 degress. Spray 12 or 14-inch pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Unroll dough; place in sprayed pan. Starting at center, press out dough with hands to form 12-inch-round crust.
- Bake for 8 minutes or until crust begins to brown.
- Remove partially baked crust from oven. Spread beans over crust. Spread salsa over beans. Sprinkle with cheese, chicken and tomato. Return to oven; bake an additional 9 to 12 minutes or until edges of crust are golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Cut into wedges to serve.

- Spray grill rack with nonstick spray and prepare grill for medium-hot fire.
- Heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion, sugar, and 1/4 tsp of the salt.
- Cook, stirring until onion is a rich golden brown, about 8 minutes.
- Stir together the spinach or arugula, ricotta, 2 tbsp of the parmesan, the basil, and the remaining 1/4 tsp salt in a small bowl.
- Place the crust on a pizza paddle or rimless baking sheet and spread the spinach mixture over it to cover entirely.
- Top with the onion and sprinkle with the remaining 2 tbsp paremesan.
- Using the paddle or baking sheet, slide the pizza on the grill, away from the heat source.
- Cover and cook, rotating the pizza a half turn every 5 minutes, until the pizza is hot and the cheese is fully melted, about 8 minutes.
