WV'S FINEST BONELESS RIBS
My sister and I have 'Rib Cook-offs' quite often and I always seem to win with this recipe. It is a chili sauce based recipe and it is the best I've experimented with so far.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place ribs in a baking dish, and bake 1 hour, or to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, mix the chili sauce, liquid smoke flavoring, onion, garlic, yellow mustard, honey mustard, Worcestershire sauce, steak sauce, and celery seed. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.
- Lightly oil the grill grate. Place ribs on grill. Constantly coat ribs with the sauce, and cook 15 minutes, or until nicely browned.

BONELESS BBQ'D RIBS
My aunt and dad makes this for family functions. It's really easy to make and quite tasty. 2lbs of ribs equals 8 pieces or so. Use as much as barbecue sauce as you like to taste. Also good leftovers if there is any left.

Steps:
- Boil ribs on stove for 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a 13x9 glass pan with foil.
- When ribs are done boiling, put in pan.
- Cook for half hour.
- When done coat ribs with barbecue sauce to taste.
- Cook for another half hour or until tender.

THE BEST BONELESS RIBS
These are the best tasting beef ribs I have ever had in my entire life. This recipe was given to me by a dear friend, which was passed on to her in her family. I usually double this recipe when I make it. It's great in the oven or in the crockpot! I like to use the boneless beef spare ribs.

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a slow boil. Simmer for 45 minutes.
- Double wrap ribs in aluminum foil, place in a 9x13-inch baking dish and bake for 1 1/2 hours in a 350°F oven.
- Remove ribs from the aluminum foil.
- Place ribs and sauce in a roaster and bake uncovered for 45 minutes in a 350°F oven.
