GRILLED-VEGETABLE FOCACCIA WEDGES
Serve up Grilled-Vegetable Focaccia Wedges for a scrumptious lunchtime bite. This flavorful sandwich is great when served warm with a chilled side salad.

Steps:
- Heat greased grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill vegetables 8 to 10 min. or until tender, turning occasionally. Remove from grill. Cut pepper into strips; place in medium bowl. Add zucchini, squash and dressing; mix lightly.
- Place bread, cut sides down, on grill grate; grill 1 min. or until lightly toasted. Spread cut sides of bread with cream cheese spread; fill with vegetable mixture.
- Cut into wedges.

- Cut focaccia bread in half horizontally; set aside.
- In large bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
- Spoon turkey mixture evenly onto bottom half of bread. Cover with top half of bread. Cut into 6 wedges to serve.

- Mix artichoke hearts, bell pepper, cucumber, and salad dressing. Heat focaccia as directed on package. Place 1 focaccia, flat side up, on cutting board. Layer with half the turkey, all the vegetable mixture, remaining turkey, cheese, and sprouts. Top with remaining focaccia, flat side down. Secure with toothpicks, if necessary. Cut into wedges.
