VODKA GIMLET

Steps:

• Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, lime juice, and sugar. Shake until well chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with lime twist; serve.

• Make the blackberry syrup: Combine the blackberries, sugar and 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
