Vodka Party Punch is a simple fruit punch for parties and celebrations. Easy to make ahead in a large batch and can even be frozen for a slushie cocktail.

Ingredients

2 cups Vodka
2 cups Hawaiian Punch or fruit punch
2 cups Ginger Ale
2 cups Pineapple Juice
1/2 cup Orange Juice
ice

Steps:

Mix vodka, Hawaiian Punch, pineapple juice, Ginger Ale and orange juice together in a pitcher.
Add 1 sliced orange and 1 sliced lemon, stir to combine.
Add crushed ice to glasses and top with punch.
If making ahead chill the pitcher of punch until serving.
To freeze, place in a zip top baggie and freeze up to 3 months. Serve as a slushie or thawed.

8 ounces vodka
3/4 cup cranberry juice
3/4 cup pineapple juice
3 ounces orange liqueur, such as Grand Mariner or Cointreau
One 7.5-ounce can ginger ale
Berry-Lemonade Ice Cubes, recipe follows
Club soda, for serving
Orange slices, for serving
Fresh blueberries, blackberries or quartered strawberries, for the ice cube trays
2 cups lemonade or limeade

Steps:

Add the vodka, cranberry juice, pineapple juice and orange liqueur to a pitcher and stir to combine. Pour in the ginger ale.
Fill 4 highball glasses with the Berry-Lemonade Ice Cubes and pour the punch evenly among the glasses. Serve topped with club soda and an orange slice. (Alternatively, pour the vodka punch into mason jars with lids and store, covered, in the refrigerator, adding ice and garnishes before serving.)
Make the ice cubes the night before: Sprinkle the berries into an ice cube tray. Top with the lemonade or limeade and place in the freezer until frozen, at least 4 hours. Pop the ice out of the tray and store in a resealable plastic bag. Makes about 16 ice cubes.

1 cup sugar
3 cups water
3 cups pineapple juice
6 ounces frozen lemonade, thawed
2 bananas, mashed
6 ounces frozen orange juice, thawed
1 1/2 cups vodka

Steps:

Simmer sugar and water for 3 minutes; cool.
Blend 1-1/2 c of the pineapple juice, lemonade, orange juice & mashed bananas.
Add the sugar mixture, then the remaining 1-1/2 c pineapple juice & 1-1/2 c vodka.
Freeze in 9x13 covered pan. Scoop into glasses & pour 7-Up or Ginger Ale over to serve.
