SCREWDRIVER COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Combine vodka and orange juice in a highball glass and stir to combine. Add ice.

VODKA PUNCH

Steps:

• Add the vodka, cranberry juice, pineapple juice and orange liqueur to a pitcher and stir to combine. Pour in the ginger ale.
• Fill 4 highball glasses with the Berry-Lemonade Ice Cubes and pour the punch evenly among the glasses. Serve topped with club soda and an orange slice. (Alternatively, pour the vodka punch into mason jars with lids and store, covered, in the refrigerator, adding ice and garnishes before serving.)
• Make the ice cubes the night before: Sprinkle the berries into an ice cube tray. Top with the lemonade or limeade and place in the freezer until frozen, at least 4 hours. Pop the ice out of the tray and store in a resealable plastic bag. Makes about 16 ice cubes.

BLACK AND ORANGE VODKA

Steps:

• You'll need 1 bottle (750 ml) vodka, 80 orange Skittles (from a 14-ounce bag) and a 7-ounce package of quality soft black licorice. Divide the vodka between two large glass jars; add the Skittles to one, then cut the licorice into smaller pieces and add to the other jar. Let the Skittles infuse for 1 day, then strain through a sieve lined with a coffee filter (it will take several hours to strain). Let the licorice infuse for 2 to 3 days, then strain. Serve the vodka on the rocks with candy garnishes.

CRANBERRY-ORANGE VODKA

Steps:

• Place cranberries, sugar and vanilla in a medium saucepan. Place pan over medium heat and stir. Simmer cranberry mixture until the berries burst, about 5 to 6 minutes.
• Place orange peels in a large glass container with an airtight lid, or large mason jars with lids. Pour vodka over the orange peels.
• Allow the cranberry mixture to cool. Pour the cooled mixture into the glass container(s). Cover tightly and set aside for 1 week. After 1 week, strain out the cranberries sand orange peels and pour mixture into a clean bottle, using a funnel. Store vodka in the refrigerator.
• To serve: Pour 2 ounces of vodka mixture over ice in a tall glass and top with tonic water. Garnish with a slice of lime.

HERB AND ORANGE NEGRONI

Steps:

• In a pitcher, stir together the vodka, orange juice, sparkling water, if using, vermouth and bitters. Pour into 4 iced-filled old-fashion glasses and garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme and an orange slice.
• In a pitcher, combine the oregano, thyme and rosemary. Using a wooden spoon, gently crush the herbs. Add the vodka and cover the pitcher with plastic. Store at room temperature for at least 24 hours. Strain before using.
