SOLVED: VIZIO E60 C3 BACKLIGHT ISSUE.. - VIZIO TELEVISION
Jun 27, 2019 I thought it was the power supply but that was a no go. Turns out some of the LED’s fail and some how shorted out the whole power supply forcing the TV to restart. I replaced all the strips and the problem went away for like a year and started happening again. From ifixit.com Reviews 1
