1/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries

Steps:

  • In 1-cup measuring cup, mix lemonade concentrate, honey and mint.
  • In large bowl, gently stir together remaining ingredients. Stir in lemonade mixture until fruits are coated. Serve immediately, or refrigerate up to 4 hours.

1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup mandarin orange
1 cup pineapple chunks in juice
1/2 cup pecans
grilled chicken breast, chunks (if you want meat)
1/2 cup mayonnaise, i use light
1/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup Splenda sugar substitute
1/8 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon poppy seed

Steps:

  • Toss salad ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Whisk dressing ingredients together in a seperate bowl.
  • Drizzle Desired amount of dressing over the salad.
  • Serve and enjoy!

2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
2 cups fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries
2 cups fresh strawberries
2 cups cubed honeydew
1 cup cubed seedless watermelon
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
4 cups diet ginger ale, chilled
1 cup lime juice, chilled
1/2 cup lemon juice, chilled

Steps:

  • In a blender, process the pineapple juice, berries and melon in batches. , Strain and transfer fruit mixture to a punch bowl or large pitcher. Stir in sugar and ginger. Add the ginger ale, lime and lemon juices. Pour into chilled glasses over crushed ice; serve immediately.

10 cups baby spinach leaves
1/2 cup strawberries (sliced**)
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 red onion (thinly sliced then quartered)
1 sweet apple (chopped or thinly sliced)
1 Kiwi (peeled, sliced and quartered (optional))
5.3 oz container strawberry yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsps sour cream
2 Tbsps milk
3 Tbsps sugar
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp poppy seeds
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp dry minced onion flakes ((optional))
1/2 Recipe Caramelized roasted and salted pistachios
1/3 cup feta cheese crumbles

Steps:

  • Caramelize pistachios according to directions. Set aside.*
  • Add all of the Strawberry Poppy Seed Dressing Ingredients (EXCEPT the poppy seeds and sesame seeds) to your blender; blend until smooth. Add poppy seeds and sesame seeds and pulse until combined. For a tangier dressing, add more vinegar, for sweeter, add more sugar. Add additional milk to thin if desired. Store in the refrigerator while you prepare salad.
  • Combine Spinach Salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine. If serving entire salad immediately, drizzle with desired amount of dressing and toss to coat. If there might be leftovers, drizzle dressing on individual salad servings. Season with freshly ground salt and pepper to taste.

1/4 cup 2% milk
3 tablespoons sugar
4 teaspoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoons poppyseeds
1/2 cup raspberries

Steps:

  • In a large salad bowl, combine spinach, berries, avocados, pine nuts and feta cheese.
  • In a food processor, combine mayonnaise, milk, sugar, cider vinegar, poppyseeds and raspberries. Pulse until blended and smooth.
