3/4 lb. (12 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes, divided
1 doz. eggs
1/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Crumble sausage into large skillet. Add vegetables; cook on medium heat 6 to 8 min. or until sausage is done, stirring occasionally. Drain; return sausage mixture to skillet.
  • Add salsa and half the VELVEETA to sausage mixture; mix well. Spread onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Whisk eggs and sour cream until blended; pour over sausage mixture. Top with remaining VELVEETA.
  • Bake 40 min. or until center is set.

1/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
3/4 lb. (12 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into thin slices

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Cook and stir vegetables in medium skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 10 min. or until crisp-tender.
  • Spread bread onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with vegetables.
  • Whisk eggs and sour cream until well blended; pour over vegetables. Top with VELVEETA.
  • Bake 40 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

12 large eggs
1 lb Velveeta Cheese (cut into 1 inch cubes)
1 package package Hash Brown Patties
1 lb. roll of breakfast sausage
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Salsa
salt & pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Bake hash brown patties as instructed on the package. Flip them over mid way through and if they are not extra crispy bake an additional 10 minutes.
  • While the hash brown patties are cooking fry the sausage until cooked through and crumble. Drain on a paper towel.
  • Grease the baking dish and line the bottom with the cooked hash brown patties in a single layer.
  • In a large bowl mix the eggs, sour cream, salsa and salt and pepper. Mix well so the sour cream is combined well and not floating in lumps with the eggs.
  • Add the crumbled sausage and the cubes of Velveeta Cheese to the mixing bowl.
  • Mix well so the sausage and cheese is evenly distributed.
  • Pour the mixture over the hash brown patties in the 9 x 13 baking dish. Spread the sausage and cheese evenly over the top.
  • Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes until the eggs are set in the middle and the cheese is bubbling.

I got this off a box of Velveeta Cheese when I saw it made on Good Morning America. The recipe is exact, i haven't changed it. I usually buy the large block of Velveeta cheese and store any unused cheese in ziploc bags, so I'm forever searching for the recipe. It's easy and fast. My family swears it tastes just like KFC! You can also put the Macaroni and Cheese in a greased casserole dish and make a topping out of 1 sleeve of crushed Ritz Crackers and 1 stick of melted butter. Combine and then sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven till top is golden brown.

1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
4 cups milk
14 ounces Velveeta cheese, cut into chunks
salt and pepper
8 slices Velveeta cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cook macaroni according to directions and drain.
  • Melt margarine in a large saucepan.
  • Add flour and whisk together.
  • Whisk in milk and cook over medium heat until mixture starts to bubble and thickens.
  • Stir constantly.
  • Add chunks of Velveeta and allow to melt.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour macaroni into a 13x9 oblong baking dish.

1/4 cup butter (melted (1/2 stick))

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large microwave-safe bowl, add broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower and stir to combine. Microwave uncovered on high until the vegetables are warm, about 12 to 15 minutes.
