- Cook and stir chicken, peppers and garlic in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 to 7 min. or until chicken is done.
- Add water; stir. Bring to boil. Stir in pasta; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 12 to 15 min. or until pasta is tender and most of the water is absorbed.
- Add 2% Milk VELVEETA and spinach; cook 3 to 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted, and pasta mixture is heated through and well blended, stirring frequently.

- Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, cook and stir chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 8 to 10 min. or until done. Add remaining ingredients; cook and stir 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
- Drain spaghetti. Add to chicken mixture; mix lightly. Spoon into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

- Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, cook and stir onions and peppers in Dutch oven or large deep skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in tomatoes, broth and tomato paste. Bring to boil; simmer on low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally. Add VELVEETA; cook 1 min. or until VELEETA is completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring frequently.
- Drain spaghetti. Add to sauce in skillet along with the chicken; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

- Add 2 tablespoons olive oil to a deep 12-inch skillet or sauté pan and place it over MEDIUM heat. Add the chopped chicken and cook, stirring frequently. Season the chicken with Italian seasoning, a touch of salt, and black pepper, and continue cooking for 3 or 4 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked through. Transfer the chicken to a plate and cover to keep warm.
- Add the remaining olive oil to the pan and add the onions. Cook for 2 or 3 minutes, until softened and lightly browned. Add the garlic and cook for a minute or two until fragrant. Add the broth, tomatoes, pasta, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper and stir to combine. Stir in the cooked chicken and bring to a boil, cover skillet, and reduce heat to MEDIUM-LOW. Simmer until the pasta is tender, about 15 minutes.
- Stir in the half and half and mozzarella and simmer for minute or two until warmed through and the cheese has melted. Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the fresh spinach until it wilts from the heat of the pasta. Top with Parmesan and serve.
