VANILLA FRAPPE
Vanilla Frappe Recipe - a super simple and refreshing iced coffee drink, made with Simply Pure® Vanilla Coffee Creamer.

Steps:
- To a tall glass (or jar) add coffee, sugar and water. Using a hand frother beat for 1-2 minutes until foamy.
- If you don't now a frother, you can use a shaker, just place coffee, sugar and water in a shaker and shake for 1 minute. Then pour into a glass and follow step 3. If you don't own a shaker, you can cover the top of the glass tightly with plastic wrap and shake until frothy. Then follow step 3.
- Add ice. Top with Simply Pure® Vanilla Creamer and add milk. Enjoy.

- Put the ice, espresso, milk, sugar and vanilla in a blender. Blend until thick and smooth. Pour into two tall glasses and top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
COFFEE FRAPPE
Steps:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a large, tall glass. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and desired amounts of cinnamon and chocolate.
VANILLA ICED COFFEE -- SIMPLE AND EASY
It only takes a minute to make up a tall, cold glass of this refreshing, hot-weather drink. You've probably got all the ingredients on hand. While its best if you thought ahead to make some double-strong coffee, that last mugfull that got cold in the pot will do. ;) (I confess, I can't afford to use real vanilla all the time. The artificial kind works just fine in this for my tastes).

- Add cream, Splenda, and vanilla.
- Add coffee and stir well.
MCDONALD'S VANILLA ICED COFFEE
This is the basic recipe for McDonald's iced coffee. NOTE: We use Dunkin Donuts coffee beans (available at most supermarkets in the USA now) we ground at the store and brewed in a French press. If you can't find that, I recommend that you use a fairly mellow light roast. Millstone Kona Blend or Hawaiian blend are also great. You won't need a French press, but obviously, well made coffee couldn't hurt this. If you follow the directions and use quality ingredients, you'll wonder why you're paying $2.50 or more for iced coffee anywhere else. Feel free to double or quadruple the recipe if you have guests.

Steps:
- Brew coffee.
- When coffee is done brewing, you may place it in the freezer for 15 minutes to cool it down a little so less ice will be melted.
- Fill 22 ounce cup to top with ice.
- Add syrup and half & half to cup.
- Fill cup rest of way to top with coffee.
- Mix carefully but thoroughly with spoon.
- Add straw.
- Enjoy!

MOCHA FRAP
I love Starbucks' Fraps, but they recently closed the Starbucks closest to me, and now I cannot go as much, but I can't go too long with out a frap! It took a few tries to get this right, but, I did it! It's perfect. :) *I use the same blender starbucks uses, a VitaMix 5200.

- Mix the instant coffee with the filtered, cold water, and the sugar.
- Put the now-made coffee, milk, and syrup into your VitaMix for about 5 seconds. For a normal blender do the same thing.
- Now, with your VitaMix/blender OFF, add in the ice. If you are using a VitaMix, start off with variable 1, speed 1, quickly going to speed 10, then variable 2. Blend on variable 2 for about 20-25 seconds. For a normal blender, blend for about 35 seconds, then pulse about 5 times.
- Enjoy!

- Pour the coffee into a blender with the milk and two or three handfuls of ice. Add as much sugar syrup as you like, starting with a small amount - you can always stir more in at the end if you'd like it sweeter.
