This recipe is perfect for any coffee lover. Instead of buying flavored coffees, I make my own using flavored extracts for baking. You can prepare this with decaffeinated coffee, too.

- Place coffee in a large jar with tight-fitting lid. Add extracts. Cover and shake well. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark and dry place or in the freezer. Prepare coffee as usual.

- Place almond butter to a medium bowl and add remaining ingredients. Stir well. Taste and add additional salt if desired.
- Keeps refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
VANILLA ALMOND GLAZE
I would say that this is one of my favorite glazes that is great on almost anything. I use this glaze on my homemade Louisiana Crunch Cake, on homemade doughnuts, and on cinnamon rolls! Delicious!!!

- In a medium sized bowl mix all ingredients together until smooth. Add more milk for desired consistency. You may also use regular milk, but I must say that evaporated milk gives a WAY better taste!

- If you have an espresso machine, use a light roast to brew two shots of espresso. If not, you can use a French press, Keurig, drip coffee maker, etc. The trick is to brew a strong yet small (about half a standard cup) coffee. Add sugar or sweetener as desired and place to the side.
- The next step is to warm your milk. Almond milk and dairy milk are similar to work with. The easiest way to heat it is with a steaming tool. Otherwise, you can do so on the stove. In a small saucepan, heat about 1 ½ cups of almond milk on medium heat. You don’t want to bring it to a boil. Instead, whisk consistently in a rapid motion until the milk is hot and slightly frothy. Remove from heat.
- Optional: Once removed from the heat, you can add a small portion of the milk to a separate bowl and continue to whisk to create a thicker foam.
