Steps:
- In dutch oven, saute sausage, beef, onion, green pepper, and garlic until meats are no longer pink; drain.
- Add tomato sauce, paste, water, and seasonings.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in noodles.
- Put in 13x9 pan and sprinkle with cheeses.
- Bake at 350* for 30 minutes or until cheese is browned and bubbly.

- Heat oven to 350°F Line 9 x 9-inch pan with aluminum foil. In bowl combine beans, spinach, ricotta, egg substitute, salt and pepper.
- In nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Add onion, garlic and mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are almost dry and begin to brown, 10 minutes. Add to bean mixture. Spoon into pan and even out top.
- Sprinkle bread over mixture; top with cheese. Bake until bread is toasted and spinach is warmed through, 25 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Steps:
- Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp.
- Saute 3 minutes and remove from skillet.
- Keep warm.
- Add 1 tsp oil to skillet.
- Add bella mushrooms and saute 5 minutes.
- Combine milk, flour, sherry, and egg yolk, stirring well with a whisk.
- Add to the mushrooms.
- Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until thick (about 3 minutes), stirring constantly with a whisk.
- Return shrimp to skillet and stir in salt and peppers.
- Cut each toast slice in half diagonally.
- Arrange 4 toast triangles on each of 2 plates.
- Top with 1 1/2 cups shrimp mixture, and sprinkle with chives.
