THE BEST TUNA SALAD
While we love many kinds of tuna salad, this classic version tops them all. The crispy celery and red onion give add zest and crunch, while mayonnaise and touch of mustard marry it all together. The lemon juice is optional as it's not traditional, but we strongly recommend it to brighten up the flavors of the final dish.

TUNA SALAD WITH FRIED ONIONS
Another version of tuna fish salad. It seems like a lot of mayo in the recipe, but after chilling, it's the perfect amount. Use in a sandwich, on crackers, as a dip. I use tinned, fried onions from the Asian or Indian grocer. I think French's brand may work too although I've never used it.
