ONE POT TUNA CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente, adding peas for the final 3 minutes of cooking; drain.
- Melt the butter in the same pot over medium heat. Add the mushroom soup, tuna, milk, and Cheddar cheese. Stir until cheese is melted, and the mixture is smooth. Stir in the pasta and peas until evenly coated.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In large bowl, blend onion soup mix with cream of mushroom soup and milk; stir in peas & carrots, cooked noodles, cheese and tuna.
- Turn into greased 2-quart baking dish.
- Bake 30 minutes or until bubbling.

BEST TUNA CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, thoroughly mix noodles, onion, 1 cup cheese, peas, tuna, soup and mushrooms. Transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish, and top with potato chip crumbs and remaining 1 cup cheese.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheese is bubbly.

This is a recipe I have had for 30+ years. Originally came from a recipe book I had about America's Favorite Casseroles.

Steps:
- Combine the first three items, boil, stir occasionally.
- Stir in macaroni and remove from heat.
- Add tuna and 2/3 of the cheese.
- Pour into a two quart casserole and cover.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Stir once then sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake 5 minutes more.

HOMEMADE TUNA CASSEROLE
There are lots of tuna casserole recipes on this site, but this one seems to be a bit different. It uses a homemade basic white sauce instead of canned soup, and also incorporates hardboiled eggs, which adds a nice dimension to the flavor. My friend shared this recipe with me, and I think the extra effort is worth it!

- Preheat oven to 375.
- Melt butter in saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Add flour and pepper, mixing well.
- Slowly stir in milk.
- Heat to boiling, stirring constantly, until thickened.
- Combine cooked noodles, white sauce, tuna and eggs in greased casserole dish.
- Top with cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.

- In a 9x13-inch baking dish, combine the macaroni, tuna, and soup. Mix well, and then top with cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 25 minutes, or until bubbly. Sprinkle with fried onions, and bake for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.

- Crunch up the ramien noodles right in the package. Pour noodles in a bowl that is big enough to add water, allow for swelling, and able to hold other ingredients.
- Add enough water into the bowl just to cover noodles. Put in microwave cover and cook on high three minutes.
- Remove from microwave. Be careful... Bowl will be hot! Add half of the seasoning packet, tuna, and cream. Mix together and enjoy!
