2 tbsp golden raisins (I used regular but this would be better with golden!)
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp white vinegar
3/4 cup mayonnaise (more or less depending on how creamy you like your mayo)
Steps:
In a large bowl, first mix the sugar and vinegar together until dissolved and then add the mayo. Next, add all the remaining ingredients. Let chill in the refrigerator at least an hour before serving- it tastes better with a few hours to marinate. Enjoy!

I love to serve this unusual and sweet coleslaw in fresh pineapple halves for individual servings at a dinner party. It's also a hit at a large gathering just put in a big bowl and garnished with greens.

Toss together the coleslaw mix, pineapple, green onions, and cilantro. In another bowl, mix together the coconut milk, pineapple juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Toss the cabbage mixture with the dressing, massaging it into the cabbage. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
