TRADER JOE'S CRANBERRY WALNUT GORGONZOLA VINAIGRETTE (COPYCAT)
Trader Joe's discontinued their best product ever--Cranberry Walnut Gorgonzola Vinaigrette. I had to have it. Here is attempt 1.0 at a copycat recipe. Note: This makes thick concentrate. Add water to dilute it to your desired consistency. Please give feedback about how to improve this to make it more like the original.

Steps:
- Place all ingredients in a deep enough bowl so your immersion blender does not make a huge mess when you blend all this stuff.
- Immersion blend all this stuff smooth.
- Refrigerate in an airtight container.
- To serve, combine with enough water to make the dressing the consistency you remember from the original product or whatever consistency works for you.

TEMPTATION TRAIL MIX
Trader Joe's sells this sweet/salty/tart mixture under the name Tempting Trail Mix. I decided to write down the ingredients here in case you don't have a Trader Joes' near you. Hubby discovered that adding a heaping tablespoon of this to his bowl of old fashioned oatmeal is quite tasty! Proportions are estimated.
