I tried these cookie bars at a friend's house and immediately wanted the recipe. These bars are so rich and decadent, but they really couldn't be any easier to make.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
- Mix cookies, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, flour, butter, and vanilla together in a large bowl. Fold in coconut. Press mixture into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, 25 to 30 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Coarsely chop 8 of the cookies; set aside. Finely crush remaining 26 cookies; mix with butter. Press crumb mixture firmly onto bottom of greased 9-inch square baking pan.
- Top crust evenly with dollops of marshmallow creme, leaving 1/2-inch border around all sides. Sprinkle with chopped chocolate, walnuts and chopped cookies; press lightly into crust.
- Bake 15 min. or until marshmallow creme just begins to brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack before cutting into bars to serve.

I am not a sweet eater so I have not made these easy bars but they look tempting. Imagine using Soda Crackers for the base! The recipe is from Kraft Foods.They say The best crunchy Brittle .you have ever eaten. No-one will guess the secret ingredient. Takes 10 minutes to make them Please read the two reviews before making the recipe. I suggest that you use "Release" foil or spray with Pam. I checked the ingredients and they are correct according to kraft. Perhaps they have a very thin layer on top.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place crackers in a single layer on a 15x10" cookie sheet.
- Heat butter and sugar over medium high heat until the butter has melted and the mixture is well blended.
- Bring to a boil: boil 3 minutes without stirring.
- Spread over the crackers.
- Bake 7 minutes, remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with the chopped chocolate.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Spread the now melted chocolate over top,.
- Sprinkle with the walnuts, cool.

- Mix finely crushed cookies and butter in bowl.
- Press firmly in bottom of greased 8x8x2 inch or 9x9-inch baking pan.
- Place marshmallow creme over crust to within 1/2 inch of edges.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips, nuts and chopped cookies over marshmallow layer, pressing gently.
- Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes or until marshmallow creme puffs slightly.
- Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
- Cut into triangles or squares to serve.
