This looks good and simple with only 2 ingredients. From Pillsbury Meals in Minutes. Zaar wouldn't take a Caesar Salad Mix, but that's what the 2nd ingredient should be.

1 (9 ounce) package cheese tortellini, uncooked
1 (10 ounce) package complete caesar salad in a bag

Steps:

  • Cook tortellini to desired doneness as directed on package.
  • Rinse with cold water; drain.
  • Meanwhile, place salad greens from Caesar salad mix in large bowl.
  • Add dressing from packet; toss to coat.
  • Add cooked tortellini; toss to combine.
  • Sprinkle with croutons and cheese from packets.
  • Serve immediately.

1 cup fresh parsley leaves, remove stems
1/4 cup pine nuts
2 garlic cloves
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 lb cheese tortellini

Steps:

  • Chop parsley in a blender or food processor.
  • With motor still running, add pine nuts, garlic cloves, basil and salt.
  • Continue processing until garlic is finely chopped.
  • Slowly drizzle in olive oil.
  • Then stop machine and fold in parmesan cheese.
  • Cook tortellini according to package directions.
  • Drain and toss with sauce.
  • Serve as an appetizer at room temperature with toothpicks.
  • Or serve chilled as a salad.
  • Can also serve warm as a pasta dish.

1 package (19 ounces) frozen cheese tortellini
1/4 cup butter, cubed
1 small onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1-1/2 pounds pork tenderloin or boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 3-inch strips
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 package (14 ounces) frozen sugar snap peas or vegetable of choice, partially thawed
1/4 to 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Cook tortellini according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add onion, cook and stir until tender, 2-3 minutes. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Add pork, salt, basil, lemon-pepper and dried marjoram; cook and stir until pork is browned. Add vegetables; reduce heat. Cover and simmer until heated through, 2-3 minutes. , Drain tortellini. Add to meat mixture; toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese.

1 cup dried tricolor tortellini (about 1/2 of a 7-ounce package)
3 cups broccoli florets
8 ounces smoked Polish sausage, halved lengthwise and thinly bias-sliced (fully cooked)
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
1 garlic clove, very finely minced (or to taste)
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2-1 teaspoon caraway seed
1 cup milk or 1 cup half-and-half
4 ounces swiss cheese, shredded (1 cup)
1 tablespoon coarse grain mustard

Steps:

  • In a Dutch oven or large saucepan bring salted water to a boil and cook tortellini for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add broccoli and sausage; return to boil.
  • Cook until pasta is tender but slightly firm and broccoli is tender-crisp, stirring occasionally (5 minutes).
  • Drain well; keep warm.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt butter and saute garlic for 1 minute.
  • Stir in flour and caraway seeds.
  • Add milk all at once.
  • Continue to cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
  • Add cheese and mustard, stirring until cheese melts.
