2 -3 strawberries
1/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt
4 ice cubes
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Steps:

  • Roughly chop strawberries.
  • Combine all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth.
  • I like a slightly sweeter smoothy, and so I add 1 packet of sweet "n" low. Then I put it in the freezer for about 5 mins to make it REALLY cold :).

My husband and I no longer make it except when we're hosting guests in our home in Hawaii, as we were drinking it too often (and it is certainly not a low-calorie beverage). It is an awesome substitute for frozen alcoholic mixed drinks.
