5 strips bacon
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup light mayonnaise (such as Hellmann's Light®)
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

Cook the bacon in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat until evenly browned, about 10 minutes; drain on a plate lined with paper towels. Crumble the bacon once cooled enough to handle.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook and stir the onion and garlic in the hot oil until translucent, about 5 minutes; transfer to a bowl. Add the crumbled bacon, light mayonnaise, blue cheese, and black pepper to the onion and garlic; stir to combine.

1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 onions, thinly sliced (about 2 cups)
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. onion powder
4 KRAFT Big Slice Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slices
1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo
1 Tbsp. A.1. Original Sauce
4 pretzel sandwich rolls (2-1/2 inch), split

Steps:

Heat grill to medium-high heat.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-low heat. Add onions; cook 10 to 15 min. or until golden brown, stirring frequently.
Meanwhile, mix meat, Worcestershire sauce and dry seasonings just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Make indentation in center of each patty with your thumb. Grill 5 min. on each side or until done (160ºF), topping with cheese for the last 2 min.
Mix mayo and A.1. until blended; spread onto bottom halves of rolls. Fill rolls with burgers and onions.
