What's a brownie without chocolate? A blondie, of course! Make it your own by adding your choice of dried fruits, nuts, and yes, even chocolate!

Steps:
- Adjust oven rack to lowest position; heat to 325 degrees. Spray a 9-by-13-inch baking pan with vegetable cooking spray. Fit a12-by-18-inch piece of heavy-duty foil into the pan so you can use the foil overhang as a handle to pull baked blondies from the pan; coat foil with cooking spray.
- Whisk flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl. Then, heat butter and brown sugar in a large pan until bubbling hot. Whisk eggs and vanilla in a large bowl. Slowly whisk hot sugar mixture, then dry ingredients, into eggs. Stir in optional add-ins (if using chocolate, let batter cool slightly first).
- Scrape batter into prepared pan, then bake until blondies are just set, about 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for five minutes. Pull blondies from the pan using foil handles and set on a wire rack. Cool completely before cutting into 24 pieces.

- In a large mixing bowl, combine your almond flour and baking powder and mix well. In a separate bowl, whisk together your golden monk fruit sweetener, eggs, softened butter and vanilla extract, until combined.
- Combine your wet and dry ingredients, and mix until just combined. Using a rubber spatula, fold through your chocolate chips and other mix ins of choice.
- Transfer your blondie batter into the lined pan. Bake the keto blondies for 20-25 minutes, or until a skewer comes out just clean.

- Preheat the oven to 350F and prep a square baking pan for nonstick. I suggest using two pieces of parchment paper that overlap the edges of an 8 by 8-inch pan for easier transferring and clean up.
- Brown the butter as described above. Use a heavy sauce pan for best results set on medium heat. Cook until the butter starts to foam and turns a deep golden color with a nutty aroma- approximately another 5 minutes after the butter is melted). Then allow the butter to cool at room temperature.
- Meanwhile, while the butter is cooling, place the flour, salt and brown sugar alternative in a mixing bowl. Stir in the the cooled brown butter, egg and vanilla until just mixed. Then fold in the chocolate chips. Then transfer the batter prepped prepared square pan and smooth out the top. Sprinkle the flaky sea salt on top.
- Bake until golden, about 20 to 25 minutes or until the edges begin to brown, being careful not to over-bake. Cool completely before cutting.
