- Sauté your garlic and onion in a splash of olive oil until soft. Add beef and brown thoroughly.
- Place mixture in a casserole dish. To this, add all other ingredients except cheese and tater tots. Stir to combine.

- Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes. Then, broil for 3-5 minutes or until brown.

My mom used to make this for me as a kid and as I have grown up I have changed it a little to suit my personal taste preference. Its a bit of a crowd pleaser so don't be surprised if the left overs don't last long.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Bring medium pot of lightly salted water to a boil then add the noodles of your choice. Cook about 7-9 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- While cooking the pasta, brown ground beef with chopped onion. Drain.
- Mix condensed soups, corn and onion soup mix together in medium sized bowl.
- In 9x13 casserole dish, combine soup mixture, noodles and meat. Mix well.
- Top with shredded cheese and desired amount of tater tots.
- Bake in oven for about 20-30 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Brown ground beef, add onion to saute, drain, set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine soup, milk, sour cream, and 1 cup of shredded cheese, as well as any of your favorite seasoning, mix well.
- Add package of tots, beef, and onions to soup mix. Mix all together and make sure the tots are well coated.
- Place tot mixture in a 13x9 pan, smooth it out. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, top with remaining 2 cups of cheese and return to oven. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
