¼ cantaloupe - peeled, seeded and cubed
¼ honeydew melon - peeled, seeded and cubed
1 lime, juiced
2 tablespoons sugar

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine cantaloupe, honeydew, lime juice and sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

1 (8 ounce) carton plain low-fat yogurt
1 cup cubed cantaloupe, chilled
3 tablespoons sugar or 3 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
toasted wheat germ (optional)

Steps:

  • In blender, combine orange juice, yogurt, cubed cantaloupe, sugar, and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth.
  • If desired, sprinkle each serving with wheat germ and garnish with additional cantaloupe.

3 scoops frozen vanilla yogurt
Orange juice

Steps:

  • Add a handful of ice cubes to a food processor and process slightly. Add mangoes, frozen yogurt, and a splash of orange juice. Process until smooth. Serve.

3/4 cup ripe cantaloupe, finely chopped
3/4 cup tangerine orange juice blend
1/2 tsp lemon juice

Steps:

  • Place cantaloupe, juice blend and lemon juice in a blender until smooth.
  • Add 2 cups Chapman's vanilla frozen yogurt and blend again until smooth.

  • This smoothie is super simple to make and the recipe makes enough for one or two servings. The first thing you would do is to juice the blood oranges into your blender.
  • Then cut your kiwano melon in half and scoop out the flesh and seeds into the blender. Continue adding the rest of the ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth and taste to see if you need to add a bit of sweetener, but if you do, simply add a tablespoon of raw honey and blend again.
  • I used the kiwano melon as my drinking "glass" but cutting off the top of one and scooping out all of the fruit and seeds (I used this to make more smoothies). I dried the inside a little with a paper towel and then poured my smoothie in the fruit shell. If your melon doesn't stand up, use a knife to slice off a thin piece of the bottom. Garnish with a straw and slice of blood orange.
