Taco Graveyard Dip Food
TACO DIP I
This is a scrumptious taco dip. When I use all low-fat ingredients, such as low-fat sour cream and low-fat Cheddar, it still comes out so delicious! Serve with baked tortilla chips for dipping.

- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread this mixture in a 9-inch (or a little larger) round serving dish. Top the mixture with lettuce, Cheddar cheese, tomatoes, bell pepper and black olives.

HOT TACO DIP
This recipe was given to us by a good friend who serves it at his annual Christmas party. We have found it a hearty, satisfying dip, great for parties, or even just for dinner! It freezes well, so we usually hold some back for another time. We also keep ground beef, cooked with onion, in the freezer. This makes recipes such as this a snap to put together. We hope you enjoy!

Steps:
- Add 1 package dry taco seasoning to beef. Stir well.
- Add 1 chopped onion to beef mixture. Stir well.
- Combine beef mixture, 2 large cans of chili beans, and 1 jar taco sauce or salsa in a crock pot. Mix well.
- Cook for 3-4 hours on low in crock pot. About 25 minutes prior to serving, top with cheese. We like to make a nice layer on top, but then add more cheese as the dip gets eaten.
- Serve with tortilla chips.

- In an 11-cup glass pyrex pan or other rectangular glass pan, spread the refried beans evenly across the bottom.
- In a medium mixing bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, Greek cream cheese, hot sauce, and chili powder. Adjust seasonings to taste. Spread this mixture over the refried beans.
- Rinse out the mixing bowl and dry it, then mash the avocadoes in the bowl. Add the rest of the guacamole ingredients and stir to mix. Add salt to taste. Spread this over the Greek yogurt layer.
