SWEET TEA AND LIMONCELLO MARTINIS

Steps:

• Combine the first 3 ingredients in a large pitcher.
• Cover and chill thoroughly.
• Serve in chilled martini glasses; garnish, if desired.
• For each serving--fill a shaker half full of crushed ice; add 3/4 cup tea mixture.
• Cover and shake until thoroughly chilled; strain into a chilled martini glass; garnish if desired and serve immediately.

LIMONCELLO MARTINI

Steps:

• Shake with ice and pour into a martini glass.
• Garnish with a lemon twist.

CLASSY LIMONCELLO MARTINI

Steps:

• Fill a shaker with ice.
• Add vodka, limoncello and simple syrup.
• Shake well and strain into oversized martini glasses.
• Garnish each with a lemon twist.
• Note: Simple syrup is made by combining 2 parts granulated sugar with 1 part water.
• Simmer, stirring, over low heat until sugar is dissolved.
• Chill before using.
