1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
About 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/8 cup Sriracha sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 tablespoons sea salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

Combine the olive oil, vinegar, sugar, mustard, Sriracha, ginger, celery seed, salt, pepper and 1/8 cup water in a blender. Blend well. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
