Sweet Mustard Dip Food

SWEET 'N HOT MUSTARD DIP

Steps:

• In a blender, combine the first five ingredients; cover and process until blended.
• Pour into a saucepan; cook and stir over low heat until mixture thickens and reaches 160 degrees.
• Pour into small jars. Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
• Serve with pretzels, chicken finger or sausage.

SWEDISH SWEET MUSTARD

Steps:

• Place all the ingredients in the container of a blender, blend for 1 minute. Scrape down the sides of the blender with a rubber spatula and process for 30 seconds longer. The mustard should be a little thicker than heavy cream. Store in glass jar, well-sealed, in the refrigerator and let the flavors marry for at least a day before using. The longer it sits, the better it tastes; it also will get thicker and more yellow.

SWEET MUSTARD DIP

Steps:

• Combine the ingredients in a sauce pan over low heat. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes to blend the flavors. Remove from the heat, let cool for several minutes until just warm and serve.;

SWEET MUSTARD DIPPING SAUCE

Steps:

• Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Serve as a dipping sauce with corn dogs, or as a condiment for hot dogs and burgers.

SWEET & HOT MUSTARD DIP

Steps:

• 1. In small bowl, mix dry mustard and vinegar. Cover and set on counter for 6 hours.
• 2. In a medium bowl bowl mix eggs and sugar with a whisk until thoroughly blended. Add mustard and vinegar mixture and stir to combine.
• 3. Place all ingredients in top of double boiler over rapidly boiling water. Stir constantly until mixture is thickened. Cover and cool to room temperature. Refrigerate before using.

YUMMY HONEY MUSTARD DIPPING SAUCE

Steps:

• Mix the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, honey, and lemon juice together in a bowl. Cover and chill in refrigerator overnight.

SWEET MUSTARD PICKLES

Steps:

• Combine the water and salt in a large pot. Add the cauliflower, onion, and cucumber to the pot and allow to soak overnight.
• Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat; simmer until the vegetables are tender; drain. Add the vinegar, flour, sugar, mustard powder, curry powder, and turmeric to the vegetables and bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until the mixture thickens, stirring occasionally.
• Ladle into sterilized jars; seal. Process in a boiling-water canner for 5 minutes.

SWEET MUSTARD PRETZEL DIP

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients and whip until smooth (I use a sigle beater in my hand mixer).
• Refigerate 1 hour before serving. Serve with pretzels.

MUSTARD DIP

Steps:

• In a bowl, combine all ingredients until smooth (mustard will thicken as it stands). Store in the refrigerator.
