8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

Reynolds Wrap® Non Stick Aluminum Foil

Steps:

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Whisk together ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, molasses, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and water. Reserve 1/3 cup and set aside.
  • Combine ketchup mixture and chicken in a gallon-size slider bag or large bowl; refrigerate and marinate for at least 1 hour to overnight, turning the bag occasionally. Drain the chicken from the marinade; discard marinade.
  • Make drainage holes in a sheet of Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Foil with a grilling fork. Place foil sheet on grill grate with non-stick (dull) side facing up. Immediately place chicken on foil.
  • Add chicken to grill and cook, flipping once and basting with reserved 1/3 cup marinade until cooked through, about 10 to 12 minutes on each side.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.

4 pounds chicken thighs (bone-in, skin on)
For the Marinade
1/2 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
For the Barbecue Sauce
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons sweet paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Optional: 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, white vinegar, salt, granulated sugar, and red pepper flakes.
  • Place chicken thighs in a resealable plastic bag.
  • Pour marinade over top, seal bag, and turn to coat. Refrigerate for four to six hours, or up to overnight.
  • Gather the ingredients.
  • Prepare the sauce by combining ketchup, white vinegar, brown sugar, sweet paprika, olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, if using, and salt in a small saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Continue to simmer over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Heat a grill on medium-low heat to about 300 F. Remove chicken from marinade, discard remaining marinade, and place chicken thighs skin-side down on heated grill.
  • Cook for about 30 minutes with the lid down, turning occasionally.
  • During the last 20 minutes or so of cooking, brush sauce over the chicken until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 165 F and the sauce has cooked down to a sticky consistency. Make sure to test more than one piece for consistency.
  • Once cooked through, remove the chicken from the heat and place onto a large platter. Tent with aluminum foil and let rest for 10 minutes.

2 chicken thighs
30 ml teriyaki sauce (2 tablespoons)
30 ml soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
45 ml ketchup (3 tablespoons)
1 tablespoon ginger (ground ginger is OK too)
3 tablespoons caster sugar (for a helathier choice use sugar substitute)

Steps:

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and let the chicken marinate for at least 20min.
  • Pre-heat the grill for 2 minutes.
  • Grill the chicken thighs for 12 minutes on each side. Do not turn more than once but make sure you rotate the grill once, so that the chicken browns evenly.

2 cups frozen mango chunks
3 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup golden raisins
2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for brushing
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
5 sun-dried tomatoes (not packed in oil)
2 small cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 ears corn, shucked
8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, trimmed (about 1 1/2 pounds)
Kosher salt
6 cups mixed salad greens
2 medium carrots, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • To make the smoothies, combine 2 cups of the yogurt, 2 cups ice, 1 cup of the mango and all of the honey in a blender, and blend until very smooth. Divide among four glasses and refrigerate until ready to serve. Rinse out the blender.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Combine the remaining 1 cup mango, 1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup of the vinegar, the raisins, olive oil, cayenne, tomatoes and garlic in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with a piece of plastic wrap and microwave until the tomatoes are soft, about 3 minutes. Let cool slightly and puree in a blender. Transfer to a small bowl. Set aside 2 tablespoons for the dressing, the rest will be used for tossing with the chicken.
  • Place the corn on the grill, cover and cook, turning as needed, until nicely charred, about 10 minutes. Remove and keep warm.
  • Turn the grill down to medium and brush the grates with some of the oil. Toss the chicken thighs with half of the remaining sauce and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Arrange on the grill and cook until nicely marked and the internal temperature registers 170 degrees F on an instant-read thermometer, 8 to10 minutes per side. Baste a few times with the remaining sauce while grilling.
  • While the chicken cooks, whisk together the remaining 2 tablespoons yogurt, the reserved 2 tablespoons sauce, the remaining 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon water and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a large bowl. Toss the mixed greens and carrots together. Divide the chicken, corn and salad among four dinner plates. Drizzle the greens with the reserved dressing. Serve each plate with a mango smoothie.

1 cup finely chopped yellow onion (1 small onion)
1 tablespoon minced Fresno chile, seeds removed (1 chile)
1 tablespoon minced garlic (4 cloves)
One 13-ounce jar apricot jam
1/2 cup fresh orange juice (1 large orange)
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
16 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
Canola oil
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Steps:

  • For the apricot BBQ sauce: Heat 1 tablespoon canola oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until soft, 3 to 4 minutes. Add the chile and garlic; cook an additional 2 minutes. Stir in the apricot jam; cook until the jam melts, 3 to 4 minutes more. Pour in the orange juice and cider vinegar, bring to a simmer, and then add the ketchup, honey, Dijon and Worcestershire. Adjust the heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring often, until thickened, 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
  • Transfer the sauce to a blender and puree until smooth. Add salt to taste. Remove 1 cup for basting the chicken; reserve the rest for serving.
  • For the chicken thighs: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. In a small bowl, stir together the smoked paprika, 1 tablespoon salt and 1 teaspoon pepper.
  • Place the chicken thighs on two foil-lined baking sheets. Lightly coat the thighs with canola oil and sprinkle liberally with the spice mixture on both sides.
  • Bake until the chicken is cooked through, 35 minutes. Turn the oven to broil. Baste the chicken with BBQ sauce and broil until the sauce has caramelized and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the chicken reads 160 degrees F, about 2 minutes. Remove to a platter, let rest for 5 minutes
  • Sprinkle the chicken with parsley, and serve with the reserved BBQ sauce.

  • In a bowl, whisk together the BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil. Add the chicken thighs, skin side down, and cook until golden. Flip over and cook for a few minutes more.
  • Carefully transfer the browned chicken thighs to the bottom of a slow cooker. Pour the sauce over the chicken thighs, covering them fully.
  • Cook for 3 hours on high, or on low for 4 to 6 hours. Once the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165 F, remove them from the slow cooker.
  • Carefully pour the sauce into a small saucepan. Cook the sauce, over medium heat, stirring frequently. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to a simmer.
