Easy Slow Cooker Barbecue Meatballs recipe that only has 3 ingredients. Great as an appetizer with toothpicks or on top of mashed potatoes for a hearty dinner.

40 oz. frozen meatballs ((I use Safeway's Kitchen brand homestyle meatballs))
16 oz. Sweet Baby Ray's Original Barbecue Sauce
1 small sweet yellow onion (diced)

Steps:

Add the frozen meatballs to the slow cooker.
Add the diced white onion and barbecue sauce. Stir.
Cover and cook on high for 2.5 hours or on low for 4 hours. Stir occasionally so the meatballs won't burn on the edges.
Serve as an appetizer with toothpicks or as dinner on top of mashed potatoes or rice. Or you can serve on slider or hoagie rolls.

2 40 oz. Bottles of Original Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce

Steps:

In large crock pot, combine meatballs and two 40 oz. bottles of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce. Let the mixture reheat on "keep warm" overnight and through the next day.
Serving Info: 1 servings = 5 meatballs and approx. 4 tbsp of BBQ Sauce.

1 bottle sweet baby ray's bbq sauce
1/4 c vinegar
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 c brown sugar
1 tsp garlic powder

Steps:

1. Mix BBQ sauce with vinegar, red pepper flakes, brown sugar and garlic powder.
2. Place chicken in crockpot (still frozen is ok). Pour sauce mixture over chicken.
3. Cook on LOW 4-6 hours.
