SUSAN'S KEY LIME MARTINI

Steps:

• Spread the graham cracker crumbs onto a small, shallow plate. Moisten the rims of 2 martini glasses with the lime wedges; reserve the lime wedges. Dip the moistened glasses into the graham cracker crumbs and set aside. Reserve the lime wedges and remaining graham cracker crumbs to use as a garnish.
• Pour the vodka, melon liqueur, pineapple juice, almond syrup, and whipped cream into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into the rimmed glasses. Place a lime wedge on the edge of each glass and sprinkle the cocktails with some of the reserved graham cracker crumbs to garnish.

KEY LIME PIE MARTINI

Steps:

• Pour the graham cracker crumbs in a shallow dish. Rub a lime wedge around the edge of a martini glass and roll the edge in the graham cracker crumbs. Chill the glass for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
• Combine the vanilla vodka, key lime liqueur, pineapple juice, and cream in a shaker. Fill the shaker half full with ice and shake until well blended. Pour into prepared martini glass, garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately.

KEY LIME MARTINI

Steps:

• Add all ingredients to a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Serve.

KEY LIME PIE MARTINI

Steps:

• Pour graham crackers crums in a shallow dish.

• Chill the glass for about 30 minutes our until ready to serve.
• Combine the vodka, key lime liqueur, pineapple juice, and cream in a shaker.
• Fill the shaker 1/2 full with ice and shake until well blended.
• Pour into prepared martini glass, garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately.

KRYSTEN'S KEY LIME PIE MARTINI

Steps:

• Simple syrup: In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup sugar with 1 cup water and bring to a boil. Simmer until the sugar is dissolved about 3 minutes. Store in a closed container in refrigerator.
• Rim of Glass: Line the rim of a martini glass with honey and dip into graham cracker crumbs, coating the rim with crumbs.
• Martini: Combine vanilla vodka, fresh key lime juice, simple syrup, half and half and ice in a martini shaker. Shake well until very cold. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with cinnamon stick and lime wedge.
