This cookie recipe doesn't need eggs, so you can eat the batter! My friend Tara and I invented these. They are good refrigerated as fudge.

Number Of Ingredients 10

Ingredients

2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 cup white sugar
¾ cup packed brown sugar
1 cup butter
2 cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon baking soda
3 tablespoons vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and eggs (optional). In another bowl, mix together the sugar, brown sugar, flour, cocoa, and baking soda.
Pour the dry ingredients into large bowl and mix together. Fold the chocolate chips into the batter.
Drop by teaspoon onto baking sheets. Bake for 10 minutes. Enjoy!!!

Ingredients

2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp each baking soda and salt
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup crisco shortening
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/2 cup chip mix.....
1 small pkg each peanut butter , butterscotch, white chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup pecan or walnuts, amount and choice, your taste

Steps:

1. Mix flour,baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter and shortening, both sugars, and vanilla in large bowl. Add one egg at a time. Make sure to beat well before adding flour mixture. Stir in chip mix made up of all chips. Drop on ungreased baking sheet into rounded tablespoon balls two inches apart. Bake at 350 for 11 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 2 minutes. Move to wire racks. Makes 4 1/2 dozen.
