Steps:
- 1. I like to use potatoes that have been cooked the day before. Slice them into wedges (leave the skins on) and place into a 9x13 greased baking dish.
- 2. Sprinkle with dry ranch mix. Dollop cheesy queso dip over potatoes. Sprinkle real bacon bits all over. Layer French onions over the top (about 2/3 of the can).
- 3. Place in a 350-degree oven covered with foil for first 15 minutes. Then uncover and continue to bake until bubbly and onions are browned. Serve hot. YUM!
- 4. You can add shredded cheddar over top. You could add jalapenos, black olives, whatever you like to make it your own. Even some cooked ground beef or spicy sausage to make it a main dish. It's a winner and will satisfy a big appetite. A real crowd pleaser.

SUPER BOWL WEDGE
This is an oldie but goodie that I used to serve on Super Bowl Sunday during the 80's! Although, in order to post this, I had to be specific with ingredient amounts, it really is up to your personal taste and is more a template to follow to create your ideal wedge.

Steps:
- Slice a long loaf of Italian bread horizontally. Cut sides of the bread are sprinkled very lightly with good olive oil.
- Then begin layering the deli foods of your choice: ham, Genoa salami, pepperoni for slicing, mozzarella cheese, roasted peppers, red onion rings, sprinkling every other layer with olive oil and oregano.
- When layering is complete, the loaf is wrapped tightly in heavy-duty aluminum foil. (This much can be done ahead of time.).
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until hot, about 30 minutes. Slice into individual servings and enjoy!
SUPER BOWL TACO DIP
This is any easy dip and a favorite where ever I happen to take it, but I always make it for the Super Bowl. Be sure to use a shallow large platter. This dip can easily be doubled for a large group.
