Sugar Free Orange Mocha Mock Starbucks Mocha Valencia Mix Food
SUGAR FREE ORANGE MOCHA (MOCK STARBUCKS MOCHA VALENCIA) MIX
A tried and true Mocha Valencia addict, I had to face the ugly reality of all those carbs. Paired with rumors of a Starbucks price hike, I'm finetuning this recipe ,so please pass on your tips. I use the Melitta 1:1 pod machine "Buzzworthy" 5 oz to make my coffee milder than a shot of espresso. I might try adding a 8 oz container of creamer to the mix next batch to make it creamier. Now if Starbucks would just sell the Valencia sprinkles!

Steps:
- Mix the dry ingredients well.
- Add 1-2 heaping tablespoons to hot coffee.
- Mix.
- Add a splash of milk or cream if desired.

MOCHA FRAPPé
THM:FP (can be used in Deep S setting with Deep S fat source), low carb, low fat, sugar free, gluten/egg/dairy free (allergy info for frappé as written) | For a nut-free version, use carton (not canned) coconut milk in place of the unsweetened almond milk. Most people with nut allergies can handle coconut products, but check with your doctor first to make sure.

Steps:
- Blend all the ingredients together in a high-powered blender until smooth. (I use a Vitamix.)
- As written, this frappé is a THM Fuel Pull and dairy free (not to mention delicious). For a slightly creamier FP that isn't dairy free, replace 3 T. of the almond milk with half and half. Use up to 6 T. of half and half in place of some of the almond milk for a Light S.
- For a mocha chip frappé (THM:S), feel free to add a handful of sugar-free chocolate chips (such as Lily's brand) or a square of 85% dark chocolate with the other ingredients in the blender, then garnish with homemade whipped cream or a squirt of Reddi-wip and a sprinkling of additional chocolate chips.
AGUA DE VALENCIA - KNOCK YOUR SOCKS OFF SPANISH CAVA PUNCH!
Valencia is true orange growing country, and this recipe is based on fresh orange juice, which is best - try not to use carton or bottled orange juice. And beware, this innocuous-sounding drink is strong! It must be served ice cold - if Cointreau is not available or too expensive - use a local orange liqueur.

Steps:
- Put some ice cubes into a large jug and pour over lots of orange juice. Now add the bottle of cava.
- Once the fizz subsides, stir in a good dash of the cointreau and it´s ready to serve.
- Makes about 2 pints.

This is a staple in my holiday sweet baskets! Everyone I give it to always asks for more! Very easy to make and tailor to your preferences. Add more coffee, sugar, or peppermints depending on how you like it! Enjoy :)

Steps:
- Mix together first four ingredients. I use a potato masher to get all the lumps out.
- Put the starlight mints into a freezer bag and smash. I use a rubber mallet from my tool box! This is a great holiday stress reliever :).
- When they're mainly powder with a few little pieces of mint, add them to the mix and stir well.
- When ready to enjoy around three heaping teaspoons per cup will do. I use half milk and half water when preparing.
- They look great in a little mason jar with a ribbon!

I love cinnamon and chocolate! Those two ingredients will improve anything and coffee is no exception. Cooking is coffee brewing time. For ZWT coffee and chocolate are both Mexican products.
