This is so easy to put together with only 5 ingredients. Its a very hearty meal that can be used as a side dish or a main meal.

Ingredients

3 lbs red potatoes
2 lbs smoked sausage
8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
10 1/2 ounces cream of celery soup
1 ounce dry ranch dressing mix

Steps:

Spray slow cooker with Pam.
Cut potatoes into wedges or whatever size pieces your family likes. You can leave the skins off or on (we like them on)throw them in the pot.
Cut sausage into 1/4" slices and throw them into the pot.
In a bowl blend softened cream chees, cream of celery soup and envelope of dry ranch dressing mix. Pour over Potatoes and sausage.
give it a little stir
Cook low 6-8 hours.

In my mind I was thinking that hash browns and smoked sausage would be great together. I was scanning the internet and came up with this recipe. Not exactly what I had in mind, but it sound really good. And I love anything that will go in the crock pot. I bet it would be great with the Campbell's Pepper Jack Cheddar Cheese Soup. Ingredients

1 -1 1/2 lb Polish sausage, sliced
32 ounces frozen hash brown potatoes
1 (4 ounce) can chopped mild chili peppers (optional)
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 bunch green onion, about 6 to 8, diced
pepper
garlic powder

Steps:

Grease or spray crock pot with nonstick cooking spray. Combine sausage, potatoes, onions and seasonings in crock pot.
Mix together soup and milk; pour over ingredients in the crock pot and stir to blend ingredients.
Cook on LOW 5 to 7 hours, stirring gently a few times.

1 (2 lb) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
2 cups of shredded cheese
1 pint sour cream
1 (32 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1/2 teaspoon seasoned garlic pepper seasoning
1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Steps:

Mix together in very large mixing bowl.
Place in a slow cooker (crock pot).
Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours or until potatoes are tender.
Recipe Note: This is great to take to a carry-in dinner.
