Strawberry Orange Cucumber Juice Food
STRAWBERRY OJ
Steps:
- Add the frozen strawberries and orange juice to the carafe of a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 tall drinking glasses and garnish with an orange wheel.
REFRESHING & SIMPLE STRAWBERRY CUCUMBER SMOOTHIE
Steps:
- Place all ingredients into the blender in the order listed and secure lid.
- For Blendtec: Press the SMOOTHIE button.
- For Vitamix: Select VARIABLE, speed #1. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to VARIABLE, speed #10, then to HIGH. Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy!

This is a seriously delicious juice. My picky eater kids were giving me the puppy dog eyes, wanting to try it, so I poured them a drink and waited to see their reaction.
