Strawberry Malted Shake Rachael Ray Food

TIPSY TRIPLE-CHOCOLATE SHAKES AND STRAWBERRIES

Steps:

• Working in 2 batches, blend the chocolate liqueur with ice cream and chocolate milk until thick but smooth. Pour shakes into tall glasses and garnish with whipped cream. Use a vegetable peeler to shave dark chocolate on top. Serve 2 large stem berries alongside for dunking and serve with straws and long spoons on plates to catch the drips!

STRAWBERRY LEMONADE

Steps:

• Add the berries and mint to a glass pitcher and muddle with a wooden spoon.
• In a large pot add the sugar, to taste, and 2/3 cup of water. Cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Pour over the strawberries.
• Stir in the lemon juice and fill the pitcher with the remaining water. Chill or pour over ice and serve.

RACHAEL RAY'S FRESH STRAWBERRY MARG-ALRIGHTAS MARGARITAS

Steps:

• Reserve 4 strawberries with tops for garnish and split them.
• Clean, dry, and trim remaining strawberries.
• Add all but the reserved strawberries to a blender.
• To that, add the juice of 1 ripe lime, 2 rounded tablespoons sugar, a splash of orange juice, 1/2 a tray of ice cubes and 2 shots of tequila.
• Blend on high speed until the drink is icy but smooth.
• Rim a cocktail glass with lime juice and dip rim in salt and pour in the frozen strawberry lime drink.
• Garnish glass with a wedge of lime and a split strawberry.
• Repeat with remaining ingredients.

MALTED STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKE

Steps:

• Chill one 16-ounce serving glass (or two 8-ounce serving glasses) in the freezer.
• For the whipped cream: Combine the heavy cream and sugar in a large, deep bowl. Whisk vigorously by hand until soft peaks form, 30 to 60 seconds. Set aside.
• For the milkshake: Blend the milk and malted milk powder in a blender on high speed until the malted milk powder dissolves, 15 to 20 seconds. Add the strawberry ice cream and blend on high until creamy and thick, pushing the mixture down as needed, 20 to 25 seconds.
• Pour the milkshake into the chilled glass and top with the whipped cream. Garnish with a maraschino cherry if using and serve immediately.

OLD-FASHIONED STRAWBERRY MALTED SHAKE

Steps:

• Blend ice cream, malt powder and milk until smooth.
• Pour into a glass and garnish as desired.

STRAWBERRY PANCAKES FROM RACHAEL RAY

Steps:

• In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, milk and vanilla. Preheat a nonstick griddle over medium heat.
• Whisk the wet ingredients into the dry. Stir in the melted butter. The batter should be thick and smooth. Fold in the strawberries.
• Spoon the batter onto the griddle 1/4 cup at a time. Cook the pancakes until set and thoroughly bubbly, about 3 minutes. Flip them with a spatula and cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes more. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
