Strawberry Ice Cream Jell O Food

STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM

Steps:

• Place the berries into the container of a blender or food processor, and puree until smooth. Pour into a large bowl, and set aside.
• Heat 1 1/4 cups of the cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to bubble at the edge of the pan. In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, egg yolks, remaining 1/4 cup cream, and corn syrup. Gradually pour the hot cream into the egg yolk mixture, whisking constantly. Return the mixture to the saucepan, and heat until the mixture is thick enough to coat the back of a metal spoon, about 5 minutes. Do not allow the mixture to boil. Strain custard into the berry puree through a sieve, mix, and refrigerate until chilled.
• Fill an ice cream maker with the mixture, and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.

STRAWBERRY JELLO ICE CREAM MOLD

Steps:

• Combine gelatin, salt and jello.
• Add water and dissolve.
• Add ice cream.
• Stir well.
• Rinse mold with ice water before adding mixture.
• Chill until firm.

FLUFFY STRAWBERRY JELLO DESSERT

Steps:

• Combine jello and boiling water in container of electric blender.
• Blend for one minute.
• Add ice cream and ice cubes one at a time.
• Blend 2 minutes.
• Pour into serving dishes.
• Refrigerate until ready to serve.
• Top with whipped cream and a strawberry for garnish.

STRAWBERRY JAM WITH JELL-O®

Steps:

• Crush strawberries in a large saucepan. Add water and gelatin, mixing well.
• Over medium heat bring mixture to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes.
• Pour into jars, allow to cool, and then cover. Can be stored in refrigerator for 1 week, or frozen for several weeks.

JELL-O® FROZEN STRAWBERRY POPS

Steps:

• Add boiling water to combined gelatin mix and sugar in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in cold water.
• Pour into 6 paper or plastic cups. Freeze 2 hours or until gelatin is almost firm. Insert wooden pop stick or plastic spoon in center of each cup.
• Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Remove pops from cups before serving.

STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM DESSERT

Steps:

• In a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs and butter; set aside 2 tablespoons for garnish. Press remaining crumb mixture onto the bottom of an ungreased 10-in. springform pan. Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 8 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Cool on a wire rack., In a large bowl, combine the ice cream, milk, dry pudding mixes and vanilla; beat until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Pour over crust. Cover and freeze for 1 hour or until firm., Spread with remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Freeze for at least 3 hours or until firm. Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving.
