PEACHY CHICKEN
This quick and easy recipe was passed on to me by my Grandma when I moved away from home. It makes a nice meal for family or guests served alongside steamed rice and a tossed salad. Kids love the peachy, creamy sauce!

Steps:
- Combine the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a shallow dish. Dredge chicken pieces. Set flour mixture aside.
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat, and brown chicken pieces. Transfer browned chicken pieces to an oiled baking dish. Set aside.
- Add the almonds to the skillet, and stir over medium heat until golden. Stir in the remaining flour mixture, and add the water, beef consume and ketchup. Cook until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat, and stir in the sour cream. Pour sauce over chicken. Cover.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 40 minutes. Remove from oven, and top with drained peach slices. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Return to oven. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes more, until cheese is brown and chicken is done.

STICKY PEACHY CHICKEN

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix jam, bbq sauce, onion and soy sauce.
- Put chicken pieces in baking dish.
- Top with sauce.
- Cover and bake for 30 minutes, then turn and baste.
- Bake another 30 minutes or until done.
STICKY CHICKEN
This chicken tastes very much like rotisserie chicken sold in most grocery stores. The flavour is great, and the meat is so tender it practically falls off the bone. *Note* Prepare spice rub and place on chicken the night before you want to serve. It needs to marinate overnight. Cooking time with vary depending on the size of the chicken. Directions are for a 5-6 lb chicken.

Steps:
- In large bowl combine all of the spices.
- Remove giblets from chicken, clean cavity and pat the chicken dry.
- Place the chicken in the large bowl with spices.
- Rub the spice mixture into the chicken inside and out, making sure it is evenly distributed and deep into the skin.
- Place chicken in resealable plastic bag (or use your foodsaver).
- Seal and refrigerate overnight.
- When ready to roast the chicken, preheat oven to 250.
- Stuff cavity with onion and place in a shallow baking pan breast side down until the last hour of cooking.
- Roast uncovered at 250 for 5 hours (cooking time is less if you use a smaller chicken).
- After 2 hours, start basting with the juices in the pan every 30-45 minutes.
- In the last hour of cooking, flip the chicken breast side up to get an even colour.

SWEET & SPICY PEACH STICKY WINGS RECIPE BY TASTY

- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with foil and grease with nonstick spray.
- Make the dry rub: Add the chipotle powder, paprika, baking powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, cayenne, Italian seasoning, cumin, and black pepper to a bowl and whisk until evenly combined.
- Make the wings: Add the chicken wings to a large bowl and toss with the oil. Sprinkle in the dry rub and use your hands to massage it into the chicken wings.
- Arrange the wings on the prepared baking sheet, spacing evenly. Bake for 15 minutes, then flip and continue baking for another 15 minutes.
- While the chicken wings are baking, make the glaze: Add the peaches in syrup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, Sriracha, cinnamon, black pepper, salt, bay leaf, and water to a medium pan. Stir to combine, then bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to medium and cook for 15 minutes, until the peaches have softened and sauce has thickened.
- Remove the bay leaf, then transfer the peach mixture to a blender and purée on high speed for 30-60 seconds. Strain the glaze through a fine-mesh strainer back into the pan. Turn the heat to high and cook until the glaze has thickened, about 5 minutes. Whisk in the butter until fully incorporated. The glaze should coat the back of a spoon.
- Carefully remove the wings from the oven and brush on both sides with about ⅓ of the glaze. Return to the oven and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Remove wings from the oven brush with another ⅓ of the glaze. Turn the oven to high broil, return the wings to the oven, and broil for 2-3 minutes, or until the glaze is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and toss wings in a large bowl with the remaining glaze.
- Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with the cilantro.

EASY STICKY CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS RECIPE BY TASTY

- In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic, ginger, chili, honey, and soy sauce.
- Mix in the chicken drumsticks.
- Cover with cling film and leave to marinate in the fridge for 4-6 hours, or overnight.
- Fry the chicken in a large pan, on all sides for about 10-15 minutes, stirring often to prevent the marinade from burning, until golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and pour in the marinade.
- Bring to a boil and stir, until the marinade is thick and resembles a sauce.
- Throw the chicken back in the pan and fry for a further 5-10 minutes in the sauce, making sure each drumstick is evenly coated and cooked through.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions.
