ST. GERMAIN COCKTAIL
This is St-Germain's signature cocktail. It is absolutely wonderful. . .light, fruity, and fun. St-Germain is Elderflower Cordial for those of you unfamiliar and it is fabulous.

Steps:
- Fill a tall Collins glass with ice.
- Add Champagne first, then St-Germain, then Club Soda.
- Stir completely. St-Germain is heavier than wine, thus it will settle to the bottom unless mixed thoroughly.
- Garnish with a lemon twist, making sure to squeeze essential oils into the glass.

ST. GERMAIN GIN AND TONIC
WOW was this good. I just adore St. Germain - and a little goes a long way. It takes the edge off the gin (I used Hendrick because it's a bit more floral in flavor). I garnish with an orange to continue with the flowery fruity aura of this recipe. This is a great drink for poolside. I thought I made this recipe up a couple nights ago, but I just found it on the St. Germain website (although they recommend a garnish of lime or lemon).

- Strain into a champagne glass and top with champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist and enjoy! (Pro tip: I like to rub the inside of the lemon peel around the rim of the glass first. It gives the drink an extra burst of citrusy freshness and flavor.)

17 BEST ST. GERMAIN COCKTAIL RECIPES - INSANELY GOOD
From insanelygoodrecipes.com
5/5 (1)Published 2022-01-28Category Beverages, Recipe Roundup
- The French Gimlet. The classic gimlet is made simply with gin and lime juice. Named for a handheld drill used by sailors, this cocktail got its name for the piercing effect it has on its drinkers.
- Cucumber Elderflower Gimlet. In the recipe above, you can pretty much use any gin you prefer. But for this, in order to get that refreshing cucumber taste, you’ll want to look for Hendrick’s gin.
- Cranberry St. Germain Cocktail. Cranberry is a hugely popular addition to cocktails. It’s bright and vibrant, and the sweet-tart taste pairs perfectly with everything from vodka to rum.
- Sparkling Grapefruit, Elderflower & Rosé Vodka Cocktail. The blushing pink color of this cocktail should be enough to encourage you to make this recipe.
- Gold Shimmery Champagne Cocktail. If you only make one cocktail on this list, please let it be this. Because yes, that is edible luster dust you see shimmering in the glass!
- St. Germain Margarita. Traditional margaritas include Cointreau or triple sec along with lime juice for a very citrusy flavor. The great thing about St. Germain is that it’s wonderfully fruity.
- The Normandy Flower. Boulard Calvados is one of the world’s most well-known and well-regarded apple brandies. It’s double-distilled and perfectly aged to create something truly delicious.
- St-Germain Spritz. This might be the most famous St. Germain cocktail out there. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if this was the first drink you had with elderflower liqueur.
- The French 77. This elegant cocktail puts a floral twist on the classic French 75, which includes gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and champagne. It’s a pretty strong drink, so you’ll have to remember to sip this, no matter how tasty it is!
- Hugo Spritz. This drink is a little like a cross between a St. Germain spritz and a mojito. So, if you love that lime and mint flavor combination, you’ll love this easy and bright cocktail.
