Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F. In medium bowl, mix turkey, spinach, cheese and 1/2 cup cranberry sauce.
- Unroll both cans of dough; separate into 8 rectangles. On ungreased large cookie sheet, arrange rectangles in ring so short sides of rectangles form a 5-inch circle in center. Dough will overlap.
- Spoon turkey filling on the half of each rectangle closest to center of ring.
- Bring each dough rectangle up over filling, tucking dough under bottom layer of dough to secure it. Repeat around ring until entire filling is enclosed (some filling might show a little).
- Gently separate dough perforations on top until filling peeks through. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until dough is golden brown and thoroughly baked. Cool 5 to 10 minutes before cutting into serving slices. Serve with extra cranberry sauce.

Rolled into a log, sliced into rounds and baked until golden, these pinwheels resemble holiday wreaths, and will be a welcome addition to your holiday breadbasket without laboring over time-consuming dough.

EASY SPINACH CRESCENT ROLLS
This is something I made up to use some leftover spinach. They taste fantastic, are super easy, and even those who aren't big fans of spinach can enjoy! They also are easily modified for vegans (my sister enjoys Tofutti brand "better than cream cheese" which works very well in this recipe). This is my first attempt at posting a recipe, so please review and please excuse me if the recipe format looks odd.

SPINACH-FETA CRESCENTS
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Put the spinach in a kitchen towel and wring very dry (to get about 1/2 cup dry spinach). Put the spinach into a large bowl, breaking up the clumps with your fingers. Add the cream cheese, feta, scallions, dill, Parmesan, lemon zest, 1/2 teaspoon salt and some black pepper. Mix well.
- Lightly flour your hands and work surface. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles along the perforated lines. Put about a tablespoon of filling at the shortest end of a triangle, and roll. Place the roll, point-side down, on the prepared baking sheet, tucking in the ends to form a crescent shape. Repeat with the remaining triangles and filling, spacing the rolls at least 1 inch apart on the baking sheet.
- Brush the dough with the egg wash and bake until puffed and golden brown, about 12 minutes. Let the crescents cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with olive oil spray. Roll out the crescent dough and shape it into one sheet, pressing out any holes or perforations to make it complete.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, laughing cow cheese, bacon pieces, and pepper.
- Spread mixture evenly onto the crescent roll dough, making sure you go as close to the edges as possible.
- Lay out the 8 slices of ham, covering as much space as possible without overlapping. Lay out the 4 slices of turkey in the middle in a horizontal line.
- Carefully take the bottom edge of the dough and start to fold it over. Use both hands to get both sides done at the same time so the entire length of it rolls up evenly. Roll it up into a "log" shape.
- Move log into the middle of the pan and squish the ends down so that they are closed up and no cream cheese filling comes out while cooking.
- Spray the top of the log lightly with more olive oil spray and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Slice width-wise into little "rollups," whatever thickness you chose, and serve.
